We are pleased to offer FREE delivery to the majority of UK mainland addresses.
Please note that free delivery does not apply to certain remote, offshore, or surcharge locations where our courier partners impose additional delivery fees. Excluded areas include, but are not limited to, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, and other locations that are commonly excluded from standard free-delivery services offered by UK retailers and carriers.
In some cases, additional delivery charges may also apply to specific postcodes within rural, remote, or difficult-to-access areas where courier surcharges are in effect.

Made to Order
Every curved radiator is individually crafted to your exact measurements and specifications. As a bespoke product, your order is manufactured specifically for you rather than taken from stock.
Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production before dispatch. This timeframe enables us to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship, quality control, and finishing before your item leaves our workshop.
Delivery
Due to the size and bespoke nature of our products, all orders are delivered using trusted specialist couriers. This ensures your item is transported safely and arrives in excellent condition.

- Mainland UK: Free delivery
- Scotland: Additional delivery charges may apply for certain postcodes
- Northern Ireland & Channel Islands: Please contact us for a delivery quotation prior to ordering

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation along with courier details (where available), allowing you to monitor your delivery every step of the way.
Receiving Your Delivery
We kindly ask that you inspect your item upon arrival before signing for delivery. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please note this with the driver and notify us within 48 hours of receipt, including photographs. This allows us to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier may leave instructions for rearranging delivery or contact you directly to arrange an alternative date. Please note that additional charges will apply where a delivery has been missed and a further delivery attempt is required.
