Refund & Returns Policy
We want to get things right first time. If your radiator is damaged upon arrival, we will collect, repair or replace and redeliver. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and be supported by photographic evidence.
As all our curved radiators are bespoke and made to order items, they cannot be returned unless defective or faulty. Your statutory rights are of course not affected.
