Shipping policy

All radiators are bespoke and made to order.  As such lead times can range from 2 to 3 weeks plus delivery time. Once your order has been completed we or the courier company will contact you to arrange a date for delivery.  Due to the size of the radiators help would be required to unload at the delivery address.  All products must be opened and thoroughly checked.  Any damages must be reported to us in with 48 hours of delivery and be supported by photographic evidence.
